Cancellation Policy

We will continue to follow the current Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Standards and Los Angeles County guidelines for our salon. We ask that everyone still continue to practice mask-wearing at this time. Please reschedule your appointment If you are not feeling well or have been around anyone who is not feeling well within the last 14 days. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty. Cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will incur a $50 fee and may not be able to book in advance again.
